Hello Sherin,

Every year approximate cut off happens to be somewhere around 450. In 2015, it was 453 (for general) and in the year, 2016 it was 468 (again for the general category). But no one fetches a govt medical college if they lie near the cut off marks. The govt medical seats are very limited and so, reaching till 520(approx) all the seats are taken.

The current situation is that if you score below 500 there is no chance in getting anything through the central counseling whatsoever. Few chances through the state quota are also very meek!

So answer to your question There is a CHANCE of getting a govt medical seat only if you score more than 500. But if you reach somewhere more than 520, you'll definitely get a seat. So, this score might not get you a seat in government colleges but you can surely get a seat private ones.

Good luck!

you probabaly won't get a government college. your best opitions are go to a private college or drop a year.

Hi.

You can get many good private colleges with this score. Even you may get a govt seat in your state if your state is admitting through state quota. But based
upon your expected score in NEET 2019, and the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota. Moreover you haven't mentioned your category maybe you have chances then.

So good luck
