Though you are doing BSc final year with botany, chemistry,and microbiology, your highest qualification with all the three subjects i. e physics chemistry and Biology remains 10 + 2

While, those who are doing Bsc and have all the three subject i. e physics chemistry and Biology needs to select code 5 and those who have completed BSc with at least any two of physics chemistry and Biology in their bsc need to select code 6.
