I am in b.sc. final year 6th sem with microbiology honours and zoology generic. which code should i use for neet 2021?

Code 02 is for students who have qualified +2 with physics, chemistry, biology (botany+zoology)

However code 06 is for candidates who have passed B.Sc. examination with not less than two subjects which includes Biology/Biotechnology, Physics and Chemistry can choose Code 6

Code 05- Candidates who are studying in the first year of the three years’ degree course of a recognized University with PCB alongwith qualified+2 in physics, chemistry biology.

So code 02 should be your choice

As you haven't passed B.Sc yet If you have studied and passed in B.Sc first with Biology/Biotechnology, Physics and Chemistry including practical tests and also the first year exam qualified is a university-level exam and also passed Class 12 qualifying examination with the said subjects at a level not less than a core course then you need to select code 05. If you haven't passed B.Sc first year with Biology/Biotechnology, Physics and Chemistry then you need to select code 02. The candidates who have passed 10+2 or it's equivalent with Biology/Biotechnology, Physics, Chemistry and English need to select code 02.
