It's a good rank. Assuming as general category, there is a low chance of getting a govt. veterinary seat. Andhra Pradesh and Telengana Students are treated equally in TS EAMCET exam. However, the admission through state quota of Telangana will be possible only if the candidate has the local status in Telangana. You are considered as non-local during college allotment.
