Yes you are eligible,
The basic eligibility criteria for pursuing B.Sc. (Psychology)degreeis qualifying 10+2 or equivalent examination in any stream. Some reputed colleges and institutes demand aminimumof 50% marks in 10+2 as qualifying criteria to secure admission in thisdegree course.
