The cut offs of ST Category students generally lies over 300-350 depending on which college and while state. For free seats, you have to apply for scholarships. No seats for medical colleges are free except for few. But government medical seats are very cheap as compared to private. But if you still are unable to pay for it, there are various scholarships available. You can check for it.

In order to tell you about cutoff for your category, it would help if you mentioned your state since that plays a role too in determining the cut-off. Since you belong to reserved category of ST, the score you will be required to acheive will be around 300-400 for mbbs mbbs seat in government college.
