I'd dropped this year to prepare for NEET. Unfortunately, I'm now extremely depressed and unable to do anything. How should I help

You have to come out of your depression if you really want to crack NEET exam. Motivation is a key factor to crack any exam. You can prepare through NCERT books to clear your basics. For practice you can solve chapter-wise mock test and complete mock test.

First, of all don't be depressed you should be self motivated if you really want to crack NEET 2017 exam. You have enough time to prepare for NEET 2017 but you need a strong determination to crack this exam. Don't skip your coaching classes be regular and start doing self study. You can start with basics go through NCERT books first to brush up your skills. You can make your important notes which will also help you in revision. Before going to next topic you can prepare lot of problems. While you are on the new topic, practice high level questions on the previous topic simultaneously. Analyze all your mistakes from NEET exam of last year and work upon them. After topic wise revision, you should start with test series, online or offline, quite early. As it creates exam-like environment, you come to know your mistakes and shortcomings and you can work upon them.
