If 12th result is not released so how will we update our marks sheet

Dear student which marksheet you need to update first you tell me and after your 12th result declared you receive your certificate through your institution before never do that type of update in your mark sheet.

But in du application form need to give 12th mark sheet. Even also 12th results was not declared
