These three counseling procedure will not require different medical certificates. 

The important thing that you need to see is whether they require original medical certificates or if photocopy of the medical will also work.

If the photocopy works, then there should be no problem in case they require the original medical certificates to be deposited you can request the doctor to give you an extra copy of the certificate.
