Hello aspirant

NEET counselling is divided into two steps one is state quota counselling and allanother is All India quota counselling which is conducted not byNTA but by  MCC Medical Counselling Committee.

The the free exit option can be availed of by a NEET qualified candidate for the first round only. In any condition the candidates retaining of seat in first round can be transfered to 2nd round of counselling.

To know more you have to click on the MCC official website.

All the best.
