Hi, One can apply for the entrance and give exam but at the time of counselling if you do not have complete documents and clear papers then your selection will be cancelled. So make sure if you have compartments hen you give the improvements as soon as possible so that till the time of counseling you have your provisional certificate at least. Good Luck.
