Yes , you are eligible to appear for CAT examination in the final year of your BBA degree or any other Undergraduate Degree.
For appearing in CAT examination, you should have more than 50% of marks in your Undergraduate programme and have completed or should be in final year of your UG programme.

Yes you're eligible to appear for the exam of cat or any other mba exams if you're a funal year student of any bachelor's degree.
Candidates appearing for the final year of Bachelor's degree or equivalent examination and those who have already completed degree examinations but are awaiting results are also eligible. Such candidates, if qualified, will be allowed to join the course conditionally, only if they produce a certificate from the Principal / Registrar of their University/institution.
The candidate needs to submit the certificate by June 30, 2020 (issued on or before June 30, 2020) stating that the candidate has fulfilled all the requirements for obtaining the bachelor's degree/equivalent qualification on the date of the issue of the certificate.
