Yes, you will be required to sit for the DU LLB examination after completing your PG too.

If he post graduated in Arts, Commerce or Science.
He might not need to appear for Entrance Exam for Admission.
But It depends on Courses also some Master degree requires Eligibility criteria on merit basis.

No as I know it is not required as in the eligibility norms nothing is mentioned about the entrance exam it just say that you should have qualified you post graduation with a minimum of 50% which you already have so according to my knowledge you are eligible
