Hi Priyanshi,

As far as the counselling is concerned, a student can avail the benefits of 85% quota seats of state by attending the state counselling only.

In All India counselling all the students are treated same, no matter which state they belong to and are strictly given colleges given on the basis of rank they score. No state preference is given in all India counselling.

Hence, if you want to avail the benefits of state quota seats, you need to attend the state counselling.

I hope it helps.

All the best!
