Hello Aspirant,
If you want to participate in All India quota counselling then you may not go for third round as counselling for 15% All India Quota seat will be held in only two rounds.Whereas, counselling for central universities, deemed universities and ESIC colleges will be held in three rounds.So I hope this is clear.
