Yes, if you appeared for NEET in 2024 and got admission to a private BHMS college, you can still take the NEET 2025 exam. The National Testing Agency (NTA) does not restrict the number of attempts for NEET, so you can apply again as long as you meet the basic eligibility criteria.

Key Eligibility for NEET 2025:

1. Age: You must be at least 17 years old by December 31, 2025.

2. Education: You need to have completed or be appearing for your Class 12 exams with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects.

3. Marks: General category students need 50% in PCB, while SC/ST/OBC candidates need 40%.

So, if you meet these criteria, you’re eligible to give NEET 2025, even if you’re currently enrolled in a BHMS program.

Yes, a student who appeared for NEET in 2024 and secured admission in a private BHMS college through NEET counseling is eligible to give the NEET 2025 exam. There are no restrictions on appearing for NEET again, even if the candidate has already taken admission in a medical or allied course. NEET allows students to attempt the exam multiple times, as long as they meet the eligibility criteria, such as age limit and educational qualifications. If the student aims to improve their rank or secure admission in a different program, they can reapply for NEET and participate in the counseling process.

Dear Aspirant!!

Hope you are doing well ! Yes you will be eligible to give the exam even if you are already there in the college. You can side by side start preparing for the exam and can appear the next attempt for neet.  But it is suggested you to not to waste any government seat if you are already in government college but if you are in private then giving neet again will be better option. Always give a second chance to yourself for not feeling regret in future .

If you are asking whether pursuing a BAMS or BHMS program will allow you to take the NEET exam, the answer is yes. You can appear for NEET 2025 while enrolled in these courses, as long as you meet the eligibility criteria. However, if you are already enrolled in a BAMS or BHMS program and wish to switch to MBBS or BDS, you would need to check the specific regulations of the institutions and the NEET guidelines for admission.

With respect to this there is Bond which is paid by you, so first check witb your college whether your college have it or not because any college which have Bond and if you are leaving college prior to the completion of course you have to pay Bond amount.which can range from some thousands to some lakhs .other things are good so start preparing.

Have a good future ahead..
