If a student got compartment in one subject then after passing his compartment exam in July, August. Will he be eligible for CLAT next year?

If a hs student fails in one subject then will she be able to join any law college after getting required marks in competitive law exams?

No, You should have minimum 45% in class 12th to apply for CLAT entrance exam.
