If a student has scored 70% in boards and has got 200 marks in jee mains. Can he get admission in IIT/NIIT?

Hello,

No.

Because minimum aggregate percentage of 75% is required in class 12th board exams to become eligible for admission in NITs IIITs or IITs.

so you are not eligible for admissions.However you can try for private colleges.

Hi Aspirant,

For getting admission in NIT/IIT,you should score at least 75% in cbse exams or in the top 20 percentile in your state board.

So,with 70% marks and assuming it is cbse,you cannot get admission.
