Hello,

Yes even if you have took admission in any college you can attend JEE Advanced. After the results of JEE Advanced is declared and you want to go with some other college, you should get Transfer Certificate (TC) from the college/institute that you last studied. Then you can proceed with the admission.

Even before that you should attend counselling, if everything goes well in that you can get the TC and proceed.
