Of course a student is eligible for BCA if he/she has scored 60-70% aggregate in Science stream in HSC. The basic eligibility criteria for BCA is:

Candidates must score a minimum aggregate of 50% in Class 12 in any stream, be it Science, Arts, or Commerce, with English as a compulsory subject, from any recognized board or university. The minimum age that is considered to join in the BCA program is 18 years, but this is not a compulsory in all the colleges or universities.

Hello,

BCA is a three years undergraduate degree in bachelor of computer application, the minimum eligibility criteria to get admission in BCA course is that the candidate must have passed 12th std with atleast 50% marks in any stream where English is a mandatory subject.

Yes he/she is eligible for BCA course as the minimum requirement is 50 % aggregate in 12th std with an English subject as mandatory one.
