If u get 5 marks there is no use of that as you will not able to qualify neet so you can't be able to take admission either in india or foreign. You must should qualify and get more then 50 percentile (gen) 40% (for obc,sc,st). As you asked your expected rank would between 1373992 - 1384142 and percentile 2.4-2.6
