if any one get college in 1st round of neet counselling but want to participate in 2nd round and don't want that college what can he/she do

Hey Kartika !
In that case, you must reach your alloted college and submit all the required documents and pay the fees in order to take admission there, added to that you must select "YES" in the upgradation box too.
With this, you can go head with Round 2 of Counselling.
Now, during the Round 2 results, if you are alloted to a higher preferred college, then you can take back your fees and documents from the previous college and join the new one with ease.
But in case you aren't alloted one, then you must continue with the one to which you were initially alloted.
