It is not entirely impossible.
You can do Master's even when your bachelor's degree is in a subject until both the degrees are of same stream.

For eg-one with BA can't do Msc. In bio, chemistry, maths etc. But only an MA in literature Like English, Sanskrit, Hindi, political science, psychology etc..

Also you need go consider the prerequisites that are needed in Master degree as it might ne difficult for you go handle that course later if you don't choose it properly.
