If you are eligible to get fee reimbursement then you will get fee reimbursement. It does not effect your fee reimbursement whether or not the documents are verified online or offline. The online verification of documents are done for safety of the students form this COVID-19 or corona virus pandemic. So it does not effect your fee reimbursement.
