Dear Aspirant, private medical college offers internship but they are all unpaid. Though, the country's medical education regulator has ruled that all MBBS students (both government and private colleges) will get paid during the internship period. At present, only interns in government medical colleges get a stipend for the one-year internship period post the fifth year of the MBBS course. I hope you are clear now. According to MCC rule stipend is compulsory for 1 year internship period if you are studying at government or private medical college.therefore government seat in private college offers you both government benefits like low fees comparatively private college fees and stipend.
