there is no such problem.they only check whether your address and name is correctly written or not.but if you want to be more accurate try to take another document i.e. aadhar card,driving liences,etc.only don't wear any sort of metal stuff like button or titan watches.in some places they take it or try to cut it.it is very disturbing just before the examination.you need to wear slipper without back strap.so look for all this things before exam.

No not at all....while taking passport photograph it is essential to take without spectacles even if u r wearing it because when the flashlight of the camera falls on the lens of ur glass,ur eyes wouldn't be shown clearly in the photograph..in neet or jee exam centres they'll easy recognise..so don't worry abt it..
