If you are from an English Medium School and wants to join a college where the teaching method is hindi, frankly saying it would be difficult to you if your hindi is not good or if the teachers teach in pure hindi language. But if, the teaching language is a mix of hindi and english language (nowadays, called hinglish), then there is no problem. Many colleges have this teaching language which helps students to learn and understand the concepts in a better way.
