if i am not get the branch i preferred and i was alloted other branch in 1st round then how i would participate in another round to get it

First of all I congratulate you for your success in mains !!!
Now in first round you must have to visit the counselling centre either you get your preferred branch or not.
If you don't get anything in first round then no need to visit counselling centre just wait for other round.

After document verification in first round you have to do one thing is to wait till your preferred branch and college is provided to you. If it happens then again you have to visit counselling center to fix your seat.

Just go through the rules and regulations of JOSAA from official JOSAA website.
