There is no attempt limit in neet so you can apply many time till age 25 yr.

Glad to inform you that if NEET is conducted twice a year and you appear for it both the time it'll be counted as two attempts and not one as it doesn't matter in what time period you give those attempts but what matters is how many times you give an attempt.
