Dear Gourab, NEET is conducted by NTA. At this point in time the focus remains on NEET 2019 as the exam is scheduled for May. And NTA hasn't released any information regarding NEET 2020. So we will have to hear from NTA regarding NEET 2020 as to how many times would it be conducted.
