Yes, you can absolutely apply for the general seats along with the TFWS seats in the MHTCET CAP process.
Make sure you put the TFWS seat first and then the general seat as the cutoffs are high for TFWS and it will be better if you get TFWS seat rather than the general seat of the same college .
