The answer is yes you can get a government BAMS seat through All India Quota counseling , as it provides access to the 15% AIQ seats in government colleges across India.

I would like to add one thing more that apply in institutions like Banaras Hindu University (BHU),National Institute of Ayurveda (NIA) etc  because 100% seats are available to all there is no reservation for state quota in Central Universities and National Institutes then you will definitly get better college .

Good luck!!

Hello,

Through AIQ counselling, the seats are very limited and cutoffs are quite high. Unless you have a strong NEET score (usually 400+ for OBC/SC/ST and 500+ for General), it’s tough to get government BAMS under AIQ. You should definitely apply for your State counselling also because cutoffs are more flexible and chances are higher there.

Thank you!
