If you clear NEET 2019 you are eligible for the AIQ counselling which is online & centralised you should know the dates of counselling & application in advance to fill in your choice of colleges you can or want to get into based on your marks 

then there are rounds of counselling where you get a seat alloted based on your marks 

this is for all colleges ( private government all )  

15% of every college is reserved for All India Quota candidates. Rest 85% are filled through state counselling.

Once you clear the exam, then on the basis of your score you'll be applying for AIQ. There will be separate registrations for AIQ and state quota. For AIQ, the registrations will start from 13th June 2019. However, for the related updates and information.. do visit the official NEET website regularly.
