If you give NEET exam for the year 2021 then you are only eligible to take admission in that academic year only. For example:

If you gave the NEET exam 2021 then you can apply with that years marks and rank to colleges for the academic session 2021 because the rank is only valid for that year.

So if you are planning to take admission in the year 2024 then I suggest you to give exam in 2024 only.

Yes, you will have to appear again in 2024 i. e neet 2024 for admission in 2024.

This is because,

For  admission in India, marks obtained by you in neet is valid for only one year i.e it is valid only the year in which you attempt the exam i. e 2021 only in case of neet 2021.

While,

Marks obtained by you in neet is valid for 3 years but only for taking admission in medical colleges abroad

So, if you pass Neet in 2021 then your marks is valid for taking admission in abroad for the year

• 2021
• 2022 and
• 2023

So, even for taking admission in abroad in 2024 you'll have to appear in neet 2024 as your Neet 2021 score card will be valid only up to to 2023 for admission abroad

Now that,

limited time is left for neet 2021 , so you should be focusing on your preparation,

• practising chapterwise questions

• then revising the chapters,

• solve at least previous 10 year neet question papers as concept behind the question often gets repeated in the examination so it will be of great help in your preparation  ,
