if we didn't take the part in admission process for this year for MBBS and also unable to take part in NEET 2021 exam, as a repeater then can we apply on online process of 2021 after one year gap ?

Yes of course you can take part in counselling for session 2021-22 after having a gap of one year but note that you should appear again in NEET 2022 because the result of NEET 2020 will be valid only for this session. If you want to take admission in any other session then you have to appear again for it.
