seats in NIT are given on the basis of JEE main not the advance so irrespective of your JEE advanced status you can get a seat in NIT based on your rank in JEE main so make sure to get a decent rank in JEE main so that you can drive a seed into a NIT. TRY TO SCORE WELL IN JEE MAIN
