Yes you can eligible for all the colleges except IITs and IISc banglore and some more college, apart from these you can apply for any college.

Yes you will allotted a rank even if you don't qualify in jee advanced,the college's you will be allotted based on the jee main rank.you can get a seat in the NIT's, IIIT's and GFT's.You can also apply b category seats in local engineering colleges based on your main rank

If you have a good marks in JEE main then you definitely get an NIT or government colleges

If you have good score in jee mains then you can get good government engineering college like NIT , STATE GOVERNMENT COLLEGES ....Jee advance is only for IIT.
