if I did not get enough Mark's to get cse in nit warangal in jee mains, can I join it by my jee advance marks

NO, you can't apply to a NIT using your JEE Advance rank. NITs strictly will accept your JEE Mains rank which is a combination of your JEE Main marks and your Board Examination percentage.
In the current years JEE Mains is conducted twice in a year. So if you couldn't score good in 1st attempt, you can go for a 2nd attempt.
