The counselling fee that is rupees 1000 for government medical colleges and 5000 for private medical colleges is non refundable isl even if you don't get any college in round 1 and round 2. Only the fees that you pay to the college to secure your admission can be e refunded if you get a better college in the second round but the registration fee is non refundable
