If it is under All India Counselling, then you cannot. Because Private Medical Colleges do not participate in All India Counselling. AAFMC AIIMS, JIPMER, 15% GMC seats, Deemed Universities and Central Universities only fill under All India Quota. But if it about State Counselling, if you do not get a seat in GMC in Round 1, you can add Private Medical Colleges to your choices during choice filling.
