First of all Congratulating you on your nice performance that you deserve to participate in csab special round counselling conducted by JoSAA and I would like to tell you that definitely that registration fee of as per amount mentioned will get refunded back to same bank accounts from which you have done transfer of that registration fees. So you don't have to worry about these things.

If you have participated in the the special round 2019 then if you are not alloted any seat in this special round then your participation fees will be refunded back after deducting processing fee of Rs 1500.

If you are alloted a seat in special round 1 and participates in the next round i.e special round 2 and doesn't gets a seat in the second special round then your participation fee and seat acceptance fee(if paid) will be refunded back after deducting Rs 5000.
