Yes your registration will be be refunded back if you don't get a seat through CSAB counselling .Normally it is refunded back after 5-6 months.

No registeration fees paid for participating in the counselling for seat allotments process in the jossa Never ever the fees is refundable or reimbursed. Even if you don't get a choice of your own you won't be proceeded further.hope its clear to you. Good luck!
