If I do not take the alloted college provided by dmer's 1st round.Will I be eligible to take part in 2nd round?

If you are alloted the seat in the first round but you wish to particpate for the further rounds then You will be required to join allotted college and complete the admission formalities. If you wish to join and proceed for upgradation, then you will retain the seat incase you are not allotted any seat in round two.
