Hello Divyanshu !!
If you don't get a seat in the first round of counselling through AIQ you can still take part in round 2 of AIQ counselling.
Now, if you get a seat and don't want that college you can go for either of the two options -
1)Go to the college allotted and opt the float option which means that you have a chance of upgrade in the next counselling of AIQ.
2)Not reporting or rejecting the seat in the AIQ round 1 and still apply for round 2 counselling .
