For chemistry from ncert direct question comes in jee mains....But in the case of physics and maths....SL ARORA and RD SHARMA isn't going to be enough many teachers doesn't suggest SL ARORA for a reference book...But RD SHARMA is a very good for getting grip on basics....Maths,NEW PATTERN MATHEMATICS is a very good book for jee mains.....Physics HC VERMA

Obviously yes but you have to do this books thoroughly and ya you also have to also have to use you mind above this level also for nit Allahabad

Well I suggests that you have to prepare from ncert and one publication for all subject. It is enough for jee mains and advanced. You can choose publication like cengage or arihant
