Hi there,

Yes ,you can participate in second round of counselling if you didn't get any seat in 1st round.

Eligibility criteria for participating in 2nd round of counselling is following:

Candidates who didn't get any seat in round 1.

Candidates who have registered themselves and secured a seat but their allotted seat got rejected during verification of document in 1st round.

Candidates who choosed option of seat upgradation.
