Your rank is the deciding factor that which branch or college you will get in csab special round counseling, and in which round you will get.
This is not necessary that if you don't get a seat in first round then you will not get in second. Maybe it is possible that as per your rank you get in first round. Or maybe you can get in 2nd round. Or it is also possible that you didn't get any seat in any round. Actually if you lie in the particular range of cutoff set by the institute then definitely you will get a seat either in first or second. But getting a seat in any round depends on your rank.
