Is it necessary to have 75 percent in 12th board for admission in these 3 colleges?

The minimum percentage required in Boards varies with the category. It is 75% for UR and 65% for SC/ ST.

So the second institute 'VSST' also requires 75 percent in boards for general category?

For VSSUT, Odisha the minimum class 12  Board percentage requires is 45% for UR and 40% for SC/ST.

Dear Sir/ Ma'm, on the basis of JEE Mains rank you can always get any college in any state of your choice. However, giving the state joint entrance examination gives you a higher percentage of chances of seats in the colleges of your state. Hope this helps.
