I don't have any specific idea. But the best thing would be To go with both as The Chances might increase as you can avail your state quota benefit as well as doing All India Counselling . Will be beneficiary but not as much as you State counselling.

Hi jaya,
Yes you can participate in state quota counselling without participating in all India quota counselling because the registration for both the counsellings are done differently.
In all India quota counselling you have to choose the medical colleges in whole india but in state quota counselling you have to choose and fill from state medical colleges.
So both are different.
