Coming to your question as you have not cleared your neet exam sorry to say that there are still chances for you to do the MBBS in private colleges with giving a large amount of fee, but without giving the fee it is totally impossible.

I will suggest you to study hard for the next year and excel in the next year so that you can land on a good college and get a prefix of doctor before your name.
